Q: What is the return / refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of the products I sell, there will be no returns. However, if the product arrives damaged or appears to have an obvious defect, please contact me and send me photo proof. I will let you know if I am able to send a replacement or refund.
Q: What do I do if I received a damaged product?
A: If product is damaged during shipping, you need to provide photo proof, and I will make judgement on sending a replacement or a refund.
Q: What if I don’t like the product?
A: Please contact me, and we can communicate for the best solution.
Q: Are the jewelries brand new?
A: All jewelry and accessories are brand new and handmade.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: - For dispatching : 1 to 3 business days.
- For local shipping : 2 to 4 business days through Canada Post after dispatching.
- For Canada wide shipping : 4 to 6 business days after dispatching.
- For US and international shipping : 7 to 14 business days after dispatching.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Flat Rate standard shipping $16; express shipping $25. Free shipping on orders over $40, use code FREESHIP40.
Q: What happen if my order is lost in the mail?

Q: Which shipping method do you use?
A: - Local and Canada Wide : Canada Post. Products will be sent out as untracked letter mail in order to keep the shipping cost low, but they will be in padded envelopes to maintain the quality of the products.
- US and International : Canada Post or DYK Post. Products will be sent out in a padded envelope, and tracking numbers are available.
