Return and Exchange

Due to the nature of the products, there will be no returns or exchanges. If the product arrives damaged or appears to have an obvious defect, please contact me and send me a photo of the product. I will let you know if I am able to send a replacement or provide a refund.

Handmade products

Some products are handmade; therefore, there might be imperfections in them, such as small bubbles or marks. I do my best to control the quality, although flaws do happen and those cannot be replaced.

Custom made products

Customized products are also available upon request, such as adding an initial pendant to an already made product, or using different length of a necklace chain, etc. Please contact me for details, and also note that an extra cost may apply to any customized products.
